We can confidently recommend this company. We’d spent 18 months struggling to find competent and reasonable ASHP/renewables professionals. The Fuel Effect did a good job for us in resolving some knotty issues we had been left with from the original installers. They stepped in to fix a complex situation - not only fixed it but they worked credibly and authoritatively on a national level with Daikin's HQ to get us the right answer when others had failed to be as diligent. We can happily recommend and will consider again for both residential and commercial projects.

Don't waste your time. They diagnosed a serious water leak internal to our Nibe boiler back in January. Have been chasing them for four months to get them to carry out the repair. Emails generally go unanswered. Now faced with a water bill over £1300. Have had to go directly to the manufacturer to try to get it fixed.
