Forgot to leave a review for your help over a year ago, our new boiler wasn’t working due to low pressure, and the plumber who’d installed it didn’t want to come over as it was over new year.. when we called, you were good enough to talk us though what we needed to do to get the pressure back without coming over or charging us.. super service and a great manner !

Gave the correct advice over the phone but boy was that conversation (today) offputting. Was happy to pay for his services, however put off by Mr Cosgroves telephone manner. There's ways to speak to someone and there are ways not too. Ah well, that's tradesmen for you...
