Worst customer service- avoid at all cost. Engineer ordered wrong parts, appointments take ages and no one answers the phone!
Taking them to court for u paid wages don’t work or trust this company!
STAY AWAY. Their "engineer" came to fix my boiler twice as he needed more parts on each occasion. Last attempt ended up in my kitchen being flooded as he's done something to the boiler that made it leak! Now they're not answering the phone!
