Stay clear of this cow boy company!! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Takes 45 mins to get through only for line to cut. Engineers never turn up.

Worst customer service- avoid at all cost. Engineer ordered wrong parts, appointments take ages and no one answers the phone!

STAY AWAY. Their "engineer" came to fix my boiler twice as he needed more parts on each occasion. Last attempt ended up in my kitchen being flooded as he's done something to the boiler that made it leak! Now they're not answering the phone!
