Had to make a late night request for plumbing help when we had to shut water off to the house due to a broken shower handle. Joseph responded right away and assured us he would contact us first thing in the morning. He called us at 8:00am and scheduled an appointment to have his tech arrive between 11:00 and 12:00pm.. Paul arrived at 11:45am and quickly reviewed the problem. He gave as a fair cost estimate, and did a great job at repairing and replacing the broken shower cartridge. It was a difficult job, but Paul’s perseverance and pride in his work overcame a nasty broken shower valve cartridge. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact So Cal Plumbing & Rooter for our future needs.

I called them for drain cleaning after I had taken quotes from 5 service providers. Their charges were the most attractive. Apart from that, their service was fast and effective. Another reason I will hire them again is their patience. My younger sister asked their technician too many questions and he took the time to answer all the questions smiling all throughout. As far as am concerned, that is the highest level of professionalism.

Even though they are timely and their charges are considerate, what I love most about their staff is their vast knowledge. I needed to replace a water heater and needed a professional advice. This guy ran me through the pros and cons of each brand/model of water heaters. I eventually chose a slightly more expensive water heater, I am glad I did because it works great

I called up plumbers three times before calling Socal Plumbing. The technician called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He diagnosed the pipe problem immediately. He quoted the cost, and finished the job quickly. He explained everything he was doing as he went. I knew I also was in need of a water heater replacement. He quoted the job for me and we scheduled it later in the week. That has now been finished as well. I am very happy with my experience.

Socal Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is why I will use them again and again. Our dishwasher needed to be replaced right away and they were able to schedule and complete the job with no hassle. I would highly recommend them, everyone. Great job!
