Had an outdoor drain blockage that wasn’t shifting after an hour with drain rods. Admitted defeat and googled professionals. Wanted to use a local firm instead of the big name - glad I did, he arrived about an hour after calling, he had a check under the drain covers nearby and used his van power jet wash machine, cleared the block in about 5 mins! Then cleaned up some light splatter and got me to flush loo and run taps to make sure there weren’t any more blockages. Happy, friendly, professional man, told us what he thought caused it - wet wipes etc oops, said if it blocked up again he would come and put a cctv camera through system to see if it was a problem with the actual drain pipes. Happy days. Free call out and check, probably half the price of the big nationwide companies. Would recommend.

Awesome guy! I had 3 drain unblocking companies before and none were able to find the problem but charged me anyway. Petro found the problem and solved it and even made sure the surrounding drains were good. Gave me good advice too. Thank you. I called PNZ out to clear a really badly blocked set of drains that surrounds our large community centre. They responded immediately and arrived within half an hour. After a lot of patient work the drains cleared and were cleaned and sorted. Really prompt and friendly service.
