Hello Mike, I know you’ll read this, but seeing as you do not reply to any of my emails and no longer take my calls, I don’t expect a response. I wanted to let you know that I have now resolved the issues you left in my bathroom myself. The bathroom, for the first time since you worked on it, is now useable without leaking, and without causing further water damage to my house. It smarts, that you should take my money – fail to provide a functioning bathroom, and ignore my attempts to contact you about it – but atleast now I can move on, and begin with each passing day to become less angry at the appalling ‘service’ you have provided. I will no longer attempt to contact you. This email will, however, be posted by way of a review of your work so that others may be warned of my experience and to make me feel a tiny bit better about spending my own time correcting the mistakes you made, and were happy to wash your hands of.
