I was in a bind and didn't know what to do, my toilet was completely backed up and tried 10 people and nobody was available on a Sunday. Honestly, this guy Mike needs to be recognized for how amazingly fast, honest, and affordable his work was. Not only did he offer to wait a long time to meet my time restrictions because he was available right away and I wasnt at home, he even cleaned my toilet and fixed the sink as a courtesy! I will always recommend him! Thanks Mike!

Awesome service! The water supply valve to the toilet fell apart when the toilet was removed by the contractor for floor work. I decided to replace it on my own. After I install the new valve, I realized that the old compression ring and the nut can't be reused. Ran to Home Depot to get a puller. In my haste, I did not take a closer look at different brands for comparison and grab the first one I saw. And, of course, I picked a cheapo puller that did not work. By the time I realized my folly, Home Depot was already closed. As I need it fixed ASAP, I called around and was able to connect with Mike from Sac City Plumbing. It was near mid-night but he still came out to my house within 30 minutes and replaced the valve at a reasonable fee.
