2 weeks ago, emailed to get appointment. No contact. Called 1 week ago to get appointment. Spoke to woman who found my email and said appointment for following Friday ater 1pm should be fine. No further contact. Today, called at 1pm to see what time to expect them. "No record of you in the diary. Did you confirm the appointment?". It was the same woman as earlier. Made me feel like it was my fault. They have no interest in getting customers. That's a fortnight with a plumbing issue, and now I have to start the process over with someone else. I wouldn't bother with them.

Gary the owner gave me an estimate the same day I contacted him to fit two new radiators. Despite being busy, his plumber, Graeme, was able to fit them first thing the following day. The work was quick and faultless. Both Gary and Graeme were very pleasant and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend F gray to anyone and will definitelt use them in the future
