Brilliant - when my bathroom tap wouldn't stop running on a Sunday night I was in such a panic - phoned William and he assured me he would be there in 45 minutes. He arrived within 45 minutes and promptly stopped the water and explained to me what needed to be done. Very friendly, would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a plumbing emergency!
