Simon was prompt to answer my SOS and was able to carry out a repair at short notice even though I was only able to give him a small amount of time to finish the work! We agreed a price up front and he was true to his word. I had a second plumbing emergency a few months later and called upon Simon again seeing how he served me so well first time round. Once again he was good to his word on the date he'd be able to do the work (turned up early in fact!), agreed price up front again, and again he was great. Job completed and place left neat and tidy. I'm happy to use recommend Simon, and even though I hope never to have to use him again, I will call on him if ever I do have any plumbing work to complete.

Simon fitted a brand new boiler and flue for us at very short notice, and did a fantastic job. He helped us with selecting the boiler, and then took care of everything else. Very clean, quick and the work was tidy - went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water during the cold snap. Very nice chap too. Thanks again Simon!
