Townson Plumbing and Heating

I did not actually get the opportunity to use this service, but the customer service when trying to do so was very poor and I would not recommend. After asking on my first call how much it would be to have a gas appliance disconnected and reconnected elsewhere (not transported) and being told it wat a new address would 'not be much', it was only after all the arrangements were made that I was told (second time of asking) that the cost would be £80. The general impression was that they did not want to do the job from the start.

My elderly parents' heating broke down on a Sunday in midwinter. I called John at Townson Plumbing and Heating. Within an hour he'd sorted the problem, at a very reasonable call out fee, leaving my folks warm, and reassured. Would definitely recommend; customer service and reliability are worth a lot.

Recently had my bathroom modernised by Townson plumbing and could not be happier, there was a small snag but dealt with politely, professionally and quickly. I will be using them again for a kitchen refurb in the new year.
