Great service and good value

Excellent new panel heaters installed for my rented flat ,new shower and new water tank. The workmen were polite and very efficient in their work. Also the women I have spoken to on the phone are always friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Home Heat.

Kevin and his team provided a top boiler ,plumbing and electrical service . Will fit you in as soon as they can because they are so busy

Not the company we thought new boiler fitted in September 2016 and come the time for the first service Sept.17 we were told by the engineer that the boiler could not be serviced as the cover could not be removed as it was fitted too close to our fusebox I still had to pay £20 for the visit.I contacted HomeHeat and they were out within the next couple of days to move the boiler,I contacted Gas Safe who attended along with Kevin from HomeHeat and found a number issues with their work which were rectified and I was told that the next annual service would be free however I won't be taking up this offer as all in all I do not think I have trust in the job being done properly,and despite pointing out that I paid £20 for an engineer to come and put a warning sticker on my boiler advising he couldn't guarantee it was safe I have yet to receive the promised refund.
