Recently used Fastclear for a drainage issue at home. The team were prompt, friendly and professional and they kept us informed about what they were doing every step of the way. Charged 3 x what I was quoted, call out fee is ridiculous (they say there is not one, there is!) case being looked at by trading Standards...Avoid these bullies. If we had known of there (well known) terrible reputation in Oxford we would have avoided.
