Called this company around 8pm with water cascading through the living room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom, I was advised that the call out was a minimum of 1 hour (circa £250) and that the plumbers would be there within the hour. Two hours later the plumbers arrived and were able to identify the cause of the leak immediately. When asked if they could repair it, I was immediately spoken down to, advising how unlikely it was it was they would have parts in the van. I asked if they could provide an estimate for how much to repair the damage, this was initially refused and again a heated conversation with the plumber shouting at me within my own house, that the agency would call tomorrow and that he had 49 years experience (but couldn't provide an estimate). Two days later the company has decided to call me to offer a quote to repair the work, a further £300. I have already had this repaired for a third of the cost. Avoid this company, even in an emergency, they are truly the worst firm I have ever had the unpleasant experience to deal with, given that this was a stressful situation.

complete rip off!!!! Stay away from these cowboys. Rude and aggressive Sent engineer for water running hot and cold He spent 2 hours bleeding the radiator and then said it was the heat exchange. Wasn't able to fix and issued an at risk certificate. Two hours later my boiler is leaking water all over the carpets and electricity tripped as a result. I called a different boiler - who came and sorted the problem. I was charged £170 for 1 hours work where they made the problem worse. Complete incompetence. When I refused to pay the charge for doing nothing but ruining my carpet - i was issued with a solicitors letter. Completely classless set-up. Avoid at all costs!!!

The boiler had been making a strange noise for over a week and I anticipated waiting another week before it was resolved. However they got an engineer out to me on the same day I called, repressurised the system and everything is now working fine. A very good service.

Dave electric engineer was excellent. They came out next day serious fault with elictric circuit. Fair price for work

Unfortunately I can't leave a 0 Star review. Booked a call-out at the eye-watering price of £85 per HALF HOUR for a tenant's boiler. Slot was 8-10am. An engineer finally arrived at 12.45pm with no apology from the company and tried & failed to fix the boiler/immersion. Told me that for an extra half hour he could get the hot water back up and running so I agreed to it. Got another call from my tenants a day later to say no hot water, so I effectively paid the absolute crooks at WeFixNow £170 to do absolutely nothing at all. They offered to send an engineer out straight away to look at the problem for free and try to rectify it. First decent bit of customer service that I had. Well, surprise surprise they cancelled that visit. When I complained, they then flat out refused to refund me even half of the money. As a result of their incompetence, I've had to refund tenants rent, and book another company to come and fix the problems that they couldn't. DO NOT GIVE THESE JOKERS YOUR MONEY. They're high up on Google but bargain basement everywhere else.
