My hot water heater went out during the holiday. I called the number and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman. He was able to have someone at my home within hours to replace it. The service tech was Christian and he was awesome. I thought it would take all day but he completed the job within a few hours.

Ron Gautreau was our tech. Ron did an excellent job of explaining how a water heater can't simply be replaced but the whole 'system' needs to be brought up to current code. He moved quickly and his work was clean. I especially appreciated the good things he had to say about W.H.O. and how he enjoys working for them. Please tell Ron that I'm going to build a cabinet around my water heater so that it will be easier to access next time. (Inside 'water-heater joke') Ron is a Five-Star-Guy!

Two specialists worked on our job and both were friendly, professional and thorough. We are very pleased with the service we received. They explained everything they were doing and explained how if we had any difficulties that we should call any time for assistance. Great company! The technicians were Ron Gautreau and Dave Pullen. . Both very great guys.

My service man, Ron, was fantastic! While waiting for insurance approval, we talked up a storm on many subjects, besides me asking technical plumbing/water heater questions, which he was pleased to answer. When the job was given the green light, Ron got right to work, beating his time estimate. And, he did more than he estimated as he found flaws in the previous installation that he corrected. His work is solid. That water heater is so locked down to the house now. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We had just returned from attending church and Johnny was here even before the scheduled hour on June 2 to check our leaking water heater. Provided a price to replace it within our expectations, and was done cleanly and efficiently in 2 hours. Couldn't have wanted better service.
