I rang D&G plumbing for a quote to fit gas hob reconnect and gas safe cert. Gentleman came out quote given and booked in. Every part of the work was explained to me by the plumber. The gas safe cert was explained in full. Where he had worked he cleaned up. Extremly happy with the service and would recommend.

I contacted D&G Plumbing as I needed a boiler, gas fire and oven hob service. They failed to turn up on four occasions with no contact to say they were going to be late or to rearrange their attendance. They promised to deliver fan heaters whilst the boiler was out of commission which never arrived. They provided no way forwards whilst we were without heating or hot water in the colder months without being chased numerous times. I requested quotes several times for other work that they identified which still have yet to arrive weeks later. Very poor.

Rang them with an enquiry about having some work done. They took my details and told me someone would call back. They didn't bother. Waste of time.

Contacted D & G Plumbing as I needed a boiler inspection / service plus attention to a small water drip leak to the cylinder within the airing cupboard. The company is 'Gas-Safe' registered which is essential for carrying out works on any gas equipment. The service was quick and professional with a plumber visit the next day and all work carried out and completed in a tidy and neat manner and at a price that was quoted. Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely use again and also recommend to others. Kevin O'Reilly Lincoln

I got this company`s number from Lincolnshire Home Improvements Agency. I needed to sort out the programme on an unfamiliar boiler and was wary of being taken for a ride and told I would need new parts. Very much to their credit they looked up the handbook, called me back and talked me through the process. No call out. No charge. How refreshing. Given the experience I would certainly use them in future. Cheers fellas.
