Heath Heating

Mike at Heath Heating came highly recommended by a friend, and now I can’t recommend him enough. After many mixed messages about what I needed from the likes of EON and various bathroom installation companies, I was left very confused, having Mike round to take a look at what I was trying to achieve totally put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence we were doing the right thing. Mike understood the system we were currently working with and what it would take to change it and make it better, he did a water pressure test and new exactly the direction we could go in. We went for a combi boiler installation and hot/cold water tank removal. He gave me clear instructions as to what work would be carried out, time scales as well as cost, I was very happy with the quote and proceeded to book him in as soon as I could. Mike is a very efficient, clean, quick and considerate worker, he rang me every day with an update as to the work he had done that day and what was left to be done. We were only without heating for two days, during these two days Mike provided some portable heaters so we weren’t completely without heat. Overall I am extremely happy with Mike and Heath Heating, I will definitely use them again for any future works we require and subsequent boiler checks.

Mike has just completed a boiler installation. A fantastic job, very clean and tidy. Mike worked around other trades that were completing some building work and fitted our installation around the other works that we’re being done. Again have had excellent service from Mike at Heath Heating. I contacted Mike yesterday to ask about connecting my new cooker and he came out this morning to do it for me. After having a quote of £170 off a separate engineer I called Mike as Heath Heating were recommended to me through a friend. Mike was really friendly over the phone and offered to come and have a look that afternoon (which was amazing as it was January and very cold!). Not only did he get my boiler working there and then, he identified the fault within minutes and the part was only £6.99!!! He ordered it and came to fit it the moment the part arrived. He was such a nice and honest guy which can be difficult to find these days in some trades and I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. Great customer service, great job and all done in a couple of days. 5 stars all round!! Thank you Mike. ????????
