We called with a cable-tv connection issue and explained the issue very clearly over the phone. The technician showed up without the right equipment and wasted two hours doing very little. In the end, he said he would have to go back to the office for the right equipment to diagnose the problem. He then charged us 83 euros for nothing. Avoid.
