Have to agree with previous reviewer, Marion. Not recommendable. Extremely costly and protracted. After many many months of trying to get a functioning humidistat attached to my nuaire system, I’ve had to walk away with the problem unresolved. Had to pay £250 for an initial inspection before they would agree to quote me. Then quoted £300. Many months of failed attempts. Just received a new quote for more than £1000. Scarcely believable and extremely frustrating. UPDATE: We’ve now had an independent electrician round and he was able to fix the problem at source within only a few minutes for £100 + humidistat. All the work the Farmwood engineer carried out, and proposed to carry out in future, was unnecessary.

Great customer service, very quick response time and lead time. I had an old Vent Axia unit internal parts replaced and Farmwood were the only company willing to help. Andy, the engineer was on time, very efficient and diligent, got the unit fixed and working in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend Farmwood to others.

I just wanted to convey that the Farmwood engineer (who I think was called Sean) who carried out work organised by Nuaire at my home on 22 March 2018, was on time, quick in his work and efficient. He was tidy, cleaned up once he’d finished and took time to answer all questions about the unit that I asked. The unit is now working perfectly. On that basis I would have no hesitation highly recommending Farmwood Services and Nuaire.

I had a Farmwood engineer visit today to service our heat recovery system. When i receive bad service I'm the first to immediately send in complaints but don't always complement good service. He arrived on time. He was courteous, friendly and respectful of my property. He clearly knew what he was doing, answering a barrage of questions without sounding exasperated but still seemed to do the job in a speedy fashion. He left me with a clear understanding of how the equipment worked, something I haven't had for the previous 18 months of living here. He cleaned the unit inside and out and took all of the resulting rubbish with him. Overall it was just an experience showing a very professional service (something that seems to be rare these days!) and it's nice to not be complaining for once :)

Andy carried out a Vent Axia service for us. What a fantastic experience. Andy was very thorough, checked everything that should have been checked (and other stuff that usually goes amiss). A great experience overall from Andy and Farmwood. Wish there were more companies like this who think about the customer as oppose to the bottom line.
