Very responsive service and lovely Engineers! Our new boiler works good
WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They charged me £120 when they sent me a plumber 3 hours late and he came and did NOTHING claiming he didn't have the pieces he needed to do the work despite the fact that I had everything I needed fitting. He was not well equipped and they claimed that was my fault. He was due to come at 5pm but he came at 8! Zoe Hartnup is the RUDEST customer service provider you will ever have the displeasure to speaking to. She claims her emails explains that they charge minimum charge regardless whether or not job was done. LIES! Language used was so ambiguous and terribly written. Use them at your own peril. I'm taking this to OFCOM.
