Phoned the mobile number as the shop no longer is open. Spoke to John and arranged for him to come round the following day. He phoned and gave advanced warning of arrival. Checked the system and fixed the problem within the hour. Price was very good. Can't recommend him enough and he is now my go to man.

Excellent service and would 100% use again

Called them out at very short notice due to not having any hot water, noisy central heating pump, etc. They came out within 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue (faulty ball valve in central heating tank) and replaced it very quickly. The service was very professional, and courteous, with the engineer going the extra mile in explaining exactly what was happening etc. Overall a 10/10 experience.
