They never showed up for any appointments waited for ages on two occasions NEVER AGAIN
This was the 3rd plumber to have a look at our faulty gas boiler. Two others were confused and gave conflicting reasons why it wasnt working and didnt get back to me. Recommended to use this gentleman who was punctual, explained in laymans terms and was able to reassure me all was ok. Lovely gentleman who ill be using for my annual boiler service in the future. Ignore all the others and phone him first.
Giving them 1* is generous ! Didn't give a quote to fix a quick reset on a gas boiler. Turned up and "apparently" looked at it when no one was at home.. Still had to reset it myself anyway once home.. One week later an invoice comes through the post. Never spoke to an "owner" of a company who was so patronising and rude in all my life... You need to put yourself through customer service training never mind your staff!!
