Have used Peter for many years, both for home and business, and the service has always been exceptional. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have used PA Blake Ltd for over 20 years both as a domestic and landlord customer. I have always found Peter and his staff very helpful and friendly. My experience has always been good and when I needed them in an emergency (the central heating boiler decided to cascade with water down the wall) Peter came and sorted it out immediately. I would be happy to recommend P A Blake Ltd.

11 months ago I called Mr Blake asking him to come and look at my elderly mothers radiator after she'd moved into a small bungalow . She was 81. We had another plumber fit a valve and it was seeping. Our other plumber was unable to retun as they were out the area and we knew we'd need to source a new regular plumber. On looking at the boiler paperwork we noticed Mr Blake had serviced the bungalow for sometime so gave him a call asking for help. Sadly I found his response very rude and unhelpful. He said he wasn't there to mop up after other plumbers and would not come out even when I explained whayt had happened and that my 81 year old mother had water leaking all over her carpet. I could not believe the response I got. I'd said we'd be looking at using him regularly tomservice the boiler and do other plumbing work but he was just rude and ignorant. I was to be honest totally shocked by the response I received. We then call Will Stone plumbing who came out immediately. The service was second to none, he even checked her heating for us and has since been a very reliable plumber with a great business and personal service. Shame P Blake does not like helping out elderly people

Glad I didn't use this trader, he was extremely blunt and rude when I called back for help.
