We leased the system and the second week started to leak. I contacted the sales person and he sent someone to fix the problem. Couple weeks later we had the same issue and again they sent someone to fix it. The last problem I had was when I was on vacation in England. I received a call from my 19 year old daughter. She was panicking and crying. Apparently, the water tank pipe was broken after they delivered a replacement tank that morning and water was gushing out all over our garage and flooding and damaging the walls and stored boxes. I asked her to contact the phone number on the website. It was about 2am in Los Angeles. The phone number is directed to a call center and they have no clue what water system is or how to turn it off or help. All they do is to take message. I called them from England as well and had the same issue. The business has no emergency number to help in case something goes wrong!!!! It’s unbelievable. They dealing with water tanks but no emergency contact or manager on duty or on call person after hours! My daughter managed to wake up the neighbors next door and he had to shut off the main water until they sent an inexperienced plumber the next day telling us that our water pressure was about 200 psi!!! How could it be 200psi?! There would be no pipes left broken in my house if that was the pressure. I contacted my own plumber paid him $75 house call and he found nothing wrong with the pressure. The person they sent was measuring the pressure incorrectly. I got a report from my plumber and sent it to them. The manager refused to acknowledge their screw up and refused to pay for the damages. I had to talk to him in a language that he understood and terminated my lease with them. No emergency contact number or on call person! Inexperienced workers that can’t measure water pressure! And bad manager that didn’t even show up on site to see the problem and the damage
Been a customer now for ten years have notice customer service steadily declining over the years. The water is not soft and the filter I paid $1800.00 for doesn't have any support. I don't know if it was working or not but I was told it would cost $700.00 to find out . That's it ! I am done.
Jose Berrios did a great job installing our water softner system and drinking water system. He was quick and thorough about everything.
Been using a Rayne Water softener for years. We are really happy with The service & price. We have them come out & change it every month.
