I am really pleased to have taken Josh on to carry out the extensive heating and plumbing installation for my recent large renovation project. He installed 7 bathrooms and a kitchen as well as heating and hot water systems. Josh is a very approachable and collaborative professional and always very polite and responsive. I will be working with him again and recommend.

We called Josh to solve a boiler problem and he quickly solved the problem and resolved a major leak caused by previous builders--we did not know the source and so feared that it would require major works. He was polite and professional at all times and his after care is outstanding. He also provides excellent value for money. We will definitely use JA London for future works and cannot highly recommend them enough.

Josh is a great plumber. We had two very big problems that three previous plumbers could not solve - Josh was able to figure out the issues and fix them within in two days. Highly recommend his service, he was also very reliable and polite.

I’ve had problems with plumbers for some years. They don’t turn up, can’t find the problem or just don’t know how to fit a particular shower despite my pointing out instructions were on You Tube. And charge the Earth. Then I was introduced to Josh @ JA London plumbing. I won’t be looking anywhere else in the future. He is what a tradesmen ought to be. Polite , helpful and an obviously extremely knowledgeable and capable plumber.I called him in after a new washing machine flooded. He not only saw the problem immediately, it had been wrongly connected , but he then advised me on how to claim against the supplier even writing an excellent report detailing the damage he could see had been done so I could use this for my claim. A great plumber.
