Dealt with this company multiple times and not one bad thing to say. The plumbers are beyond competent and are very considerate of customers. Also, they turn up when they say they will.

I called 1st thing in morning & left a voicemail saying boiler was starting up & cutting out. Was called back very quickly & told someone would be out as soon as they had finished a job. Plumber came out & had our boiler firing up in no time. Super service, very professional & helpful. Highly recommend

Quick to attend when we've had issues.

Visited our flat for a routine gas check, ended up not only fixing our brand new boiler, but turning off our freezer without bothering to tell us. Didn't even apologise when contacted.

Came to address three problems and fixed none of them. Charged me £91 for the pleasure. Said the toilet would have to be completely removed to fix the flush, as the cistern was closed off, and then put back in place, costing a further £290. I said I would thick about it, and have since looked at the loo and within 5 minutes gained access to the cistern. Furthermore, he used the F word in front of my 3 year old daughter. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this company.
