What an excellent company would not hesitate to recommend or use again, my husband phoned regarding a blocked drain promptly came the next morning as agreed, job was done so quickly and at a fair and reasonable price. Superb and efficient a rarity nowadays

I can't emphasise what a great service I got from this company. Out within the hour! Great advice and problem solved at a reasonable price. Pleasure to work with!

A rented flat with a drainage problem is a landlords nightmare, especially when you are not in the area to attend to things in a hands on way. One phone call and I felt that the problem was being professionally handled by people who knew what they were doing. The property was visited within a few hours and the problem located. I was contacted and the issue explained in detail with estimates ( they even advised me that the local council may carry out the repair at no cost but may take some time ! ) I felt I could trust these people and I was happy for them to go ahead, Job completed the next day and I know they communicated brilliantly with the occupant. The bill which I received was actually slightly less than the estimate (because the job took a bit less time than expected). Brilliant service, great communication and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Well done Trevor and the team .

GREAT service. Came home to water flowing up and out our sinks in kitchen and bathroom. Phoned drain doctor and someone was here in 30 minutes. Lovely man. Communicated well. Friendly. Knew what was wrong. Took a look and came back to tell us the problem followed by what he can do to help. Full description that we understood and have us a quote on the spot (add on vat and labour - still very reasonable). We were even given quote for another option if the first didn't work. He was great. Job was done very well. Brilliant service. Reasonable priced. Alot less than we expected. Done and dusted within an hour of the phonecall. Wonderful. Will use again and tell friends about.

Really impressed. Called them out on a Friday for a leak pouring through my ceiling that I knew was the result of a blocked pipe because Dynorod had previously diagnosed that a few weeks previous the last time weather was so bad the ceiling was flooding. Was told they were 'chocka' and might not be able to make it. 3 hours later Drain Doctor showed up. The guy seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution compared to the Dynorod guy from weeks ago who seemed desperate to avoid doing any work who complained about "old pipes" and the placement of my kitchen and whose lasting advice was to "Get a joiner to rip up your kitchen floor and then call us for an estimate". Drain Doctor lad was here for a couple of hours, fully explored the area (including jumping up onto the extension roof to look at all options), came up with a temporary solution that stopped the leak coming through my ceiling within 15 minutes and proposed some other repair work to prevent a repeat. £180 for the temp fix with a further £200 for the further job. The amount I'll need to spend decorating the further damage caused by Dynorod being useless will be more than that and I didn't even need to tear up m kitchen floor. Guy who came round had a bit of chat to boot.
