Booked Kevin for an annual boiler service based on reviews and was not disappointed. Albeit he was late due to emergency call prior to my appointment, he did show up and offer his apologies. He came well prepared with shoe covering so that my carpet is kept clean! Kevin was thorough and explained to me what he had done. He is very friendly and offers competitive pricing so I will definitely use his services again.

Kevin has helped me with boiler services at three properties in the past a few years, and some other plumbing jobs. Excellent service. Every time, he patiently checks and makes sure all radiators and boilers are fully functional. Our boiler is in the garage, so it requires a little bit running around, he makes sure to put on and takes off shoe covers, and keeps things tidy. He explains what he is doing, and why he is doing it. Very professional. I learn something new every time (it's quite interesting when you put all the engineering and physics and numbers together). After the service, he sticks the readings on the side of the boiler, so next year if it is someone else checks it. They can use the figures for reference. Don't think I will change another person to check it. Very happy with his service. and highly recommend to others.
