I don't usually post reviews but felt compelled to do so after our recent experience with Hazell and Edwards. Bilal serviced our back boiler and I couldn't praise him enough for the fantastic job that he did. He was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Quality of work was definitely the priority, while taking care to keep everything neat and tidy. Bilal was also patient and more than happy to explain things and answer my many questions as he went along. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
