Called this company early in the evening, they say they are 24 hours a day, had a gentleman be rather short and say he will see if he has someone to come out ( I'm also in Tustin, less than a mile from the address they say they are located at) It was an emergency call with plumbing backing up and flooding. He stated he'd see if he could find someone and would call me back in a minute. Never heard back. A day and a half later still no call back and since it was an emergency I went elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Didn't value a customer in need.
