Our boiler stopped working. We phoned and asked if they could come and take a look at it, not urgently as weather warm and we have an electric shower. We are also getting a new boiler in a couple months with house extension. Plumber came out within a couple days, adjusted the pressure - said we can use the hot water now but will need additional parts and labour to be fixed properly. Plumber said it would be £60 for that day. I agreed as thought £60 for temporary fix till we get new boiler I was happy to pay. The hot water lasted less than a day. When we called back we were told the £60 was just for diagnostics, not temporary fix. We were unhappy as they never told us they would charge us for diagnostics, there are no prices reflecting this on their website, and despite leaving us with hot water and then it breaking again the next day, they never offered to come back out and help. I wouldn't trust this company again. We have spent £60 to be told what we already knew.

Good service good people

Phoned and asked then to do a boiler service and check that the upstairs heating was working as well. They were kind and prompt and charged a fair price. They even gave me loads od advice on the boiler and the heating all for free.

Quite a good plumber did the job quickly..nit come back to me with a quote that they promised though..so only 4 stars
