Showed me what parts were replaceable and which not and why, gave me a range of options - really friendly honest dude. Ended up replacing just boiler, fitted it next day for a very reasonable price and 10 year guarantee. Very impressed, would definitely recommend Gordon as your go-to local boiler guy in Caithness.
