Don't understand why people give you a quote then never come back to you,obviously this company has too much work but why bother to come out to see the job and then not bother to follow through with it. I even chased it up and was promised a quote in the post that was over a month ago. The thing is it's their loss as I'm in a position to give them regular work.

Our elderly client's boiler stopped working and when this firm heard he was a pensioner they sent an engineer to fix it within the hour. We will definitely be recommending them to other clients in future because not every firm gives vulnerable pensioner special treatment like this. Thanks to Alpha our client is looking forward to a nice hot bath!
