Extremely easy to deal with couldn't have been more helpful throughout. Andy dealt with issues that had been created by another "company" very quickly & efficiently with the minimum of fuss. When the bathroom upgrade was undertaken Cameron who carried out rut the work was 1st class.

We randomly came across Switch Boilers when we were out walking our dog by pure chance. The new premises they have opened made me feel at ease that I'm not dealing with a man in a van. (No offence) we got to see some products on display. Even though Andy hadn't physically opened he still invited us in and made us feel welcome. (Sorry the dog chewed your brush) When the boiler work was installed for my elderly mother it went flawless. Andy kept making sure my mum was ok and kept reassuring her of things going on such as drilling which kept her at ease. The cleanliness and aftercare Andy and his team give is something we didnt expect. We have used Andy and other trades and we can't wait for our new extension Jill - North Shields.

Andy was very helpful and came round the next day, as we are renting our property Andy sorted all payment and decisions with the landlord and kept us updated will all the decisions that were made. Would highly recommend this company and will certainly use again

Called SwitchBoilers and spoke to Andy who came out the same day and gave a quote. This just so happened to be the best price out of 3. We were left with a few options and were not hounded like other boiler companies. Whilst Andy was round doing the quote he also fixed a problem that we had with the toilet! When we gave the go ahead, Andy and his engineer turned up on time and did an amazing job replacing the old boiler with a new combi boiler, also replacing an old radiator along the way free of charge in my daughter’s bedroom. They worked efficiently and very effectively, leaving very little mess! SwitchBoilers is straight talking company that puts the customers first and will always give an honest answer. I would highly recommend using these guys, so much so that Andy will often get calls from me asking for his advice.
