Phoned with a problem boiler. They came the same day. Ordered the necessary parts, fitted them, but then found another part was needed. Ordered that and fitted it the next day - but still not working. In the end I went for a new boiler as I was confident they had done everything right and the boiler was simply packing up. Throughout all this, I never felt like I was left waiting unnecessarily. Quite the opposite - I felt they were really doing their best to help. Very good service. Professional throughout and had the problem resolved as quickly as possible. Boilers can be a pain, but when you are in the right hands at least it takes some of the stress away.

Fast professional service - recommended. I was initially put off by the requirement to pay up front before even booking an appointment plus a follow up email requesting direct debit access to my bank account for any future work, which I declined. But they turned up on time and did a great job so would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve used this company for the last 5 years and am always impressed by the honest fast efficient response to dealing with plumbing or heating problems and just recently have found out they fit new kitchens bathrooms and offer all electrical works too .. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Excellent service changing hot water tank and taking out cold water tank. Michael was efficient, competent, and very tidy. A pleasure to meet such a committed young man.
