Conejo Tankless Water Heaters

Roy does a great job. Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. We were actually very happy to pay him for his service and that doesn't happen too often. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Roy installed my tankless nearly ten years ago. He did a very clean installation job. Within two years, the heater started to run when the cold faucet was turned on. I called Roy and he found my pressure regulator was to blame. Fast forward to a few months ago, right before my warranty was to expire the heat exchanger started leaking. Roy came out immediately and handled the warranty with Noritz. He offered to install a temporary heater until the new heat exchanger arrived the next day. I thought that a silly waste of effort for overnight and declined. They next day Roy showed up with a new heat exchanger and installed it, all has been good since. Thanks Roy!

Roy, was extremely polite and professional. When I came home after the tankless water heater had been installed and he had left, the whole garage was full of natural gas from a gas leak. I called him up and he came right out. I have used many plumbers over the years and I thought this was the best service, until I found out he took my brand new circulation pump, that was attached to my original water heater, for himself without asking… Love my new tankless water heater! I am so glad to be using even less natural gas, saving energy and doing my part in saving the planet!
