Little Miss Sew 'N' Sew

Left an item for alteration. Was told it would be ready 5 days later. Went 12 days later to pick it up, pins had fallen out so alteration not done. Told theyd ring when item ready. No call so went today to pick it up. Item was ready. When asked why I had not been contacted as my gatment had been in store 5 weeks. Manageress said she knew nothing about it even though she had put a note on bag. Very abrupt no apolagy child playing around sewing machines. My garment was creased after being in a carrier bag for 5 weeks. Def avoid in future
