We have used West Coast Building Constructors over the last 10 years on numerous projects. These included re-shingling the exterior of our 95 year old Pasadena home, remolding a bath, fireplace/hearth installation, updating a bath & bedroom and misc. repairs due to accidents, wear and tear and general improvements to our home. So, we have experienced their work from large to small projects and can attest to their fine work, competence, timeliness and professionalism. From start to finish Joe is at hand, on site and available. Written contracts are prepared by him, including pay schedule if a large job. Any changes are verified with a written change order. This made the financial end of the projects clear and precise. We appreciated this. I was referred to Joe by our interior design consultant who has used their services on many of her fine jobs. West Coast Building has done several project over the years at our house, most recent a complete kitchen remodel from the ground up. He is honest, hard working and extremely dependable. I have done past remodels with other contractors and I know what to expect. Joe exceeded all expectations and was a pleasure to work with.
