Herts Boilers

Thank you so much to Ming for his very prompt visit and brilliant advice (extremely knowledgeable and honest) to say that we do not have to replace our current 20 year + boiler as it has still got some life left in it. He would be most happy to do repairs to it if need be in the future. I will definitely be contacting Ming in future and would recommend him to family and friends.

Our old Baxi Bermuda fire and back boiler stopped working and the pilot would not stay on;( One none urgent call to Ming at 14:00 and he was here at 17:00. He went straight to the fault (Dirty jet) gave the boiler a good service . Problem fixed. Cleaned up as if he was never here, very polite, very knowledgeable and not that expensive. Would RECOMMEND him and he will do the next service. 5 Star 10 out of 10

The boiler is as old as the house, 40+ years, hence being told by other engineers that it had to be replaced. This would mean ripping out the kitchen and digging up the floor to relocated it! MIng diagnosed the fault and knew that he could repair it, if only he could find a replacement for the obsolete part. He wanted to repair it just as much as we did. He posted a request for the part on an online forum and miraculously someone had the part in their tool shed from years ago. That kind person sent it to Ming who successfully repaired the boiler that nobody else would even consider working on. Ming worked a miracle and by doing so saved us a fortune (at least for now). Thank you very much Ming for your determination and perseverance in getting the boiler repaired. Highly recommended.

Ming is clearly very knowledgeable and very honest. He diagnosed the fault with my boiler, located the part I needed and arranged for me to pick it up while he went and did another job. He returned when he said he would, fitted the part and checked it was working before departing. I would not hesitate to use him again, and I almost (but not quite) look forward to my boiler breaking down again in the future, safe in the knowledge that Ming will come and fix it quickly and for a good price.

Ming very kindly came out this evening to help us when we arrived home to our boiler not working. We called him at almost 7pm and he was with us within half an hour. Very professional, a lovely person, and most importantly, got the boiler fixed for us so we have heat! Would highly recommend! Thank you so much!
