ECS Gas Training North East Ltd

I’ve done my PG1 New Entrants course at ECS GAS TRAINING which was done in a period of a year. I came in with no experience but now I am where I wanted to be. The team is really helpful and are ready to answer any questions you might have and help you in any way they can. I highly recommend Richard and Martin at Ecs in Shildon which will surely put you on the right path.

I just completed my training from little experience to gas qualified. The friendly and easy going atmosphere puts you at ease. Richard and Martin really make you feel welcomed and support you all the way. I’ve enjoyed the training and will be getting further training and requalification done here in the future.

Where do I start! The theory part of the training is you get a booklet and you basically teach yourself. Richard aka D sits by his computer in a seperate part of the office and pops in now and again to go through the answers to the little exam/quiz you completed. He basically has the answers in front of him in a booklet and then he will leave the office for you to complete more. Practical side of things I guess you cant fault but if your paying a company 4k+ you at least expect to be taught some theory. Basically he is a joke and has 0 theory teaching skills. When challenged he said this is how he has always done it...go elsewhere to be taught adequately

Been dealing with Richie for a few years now, and have found him to be professional and very helpful always, would defo recommend to anyone looking to retrain. Nadeem.
