Affordable Water Heaters

I tried calling this establishment. When the phone was answered, there was NO greeting, just put me on hold without saying anything. Then I was on hold for 4 minutes. When someone finally came on the line, I tried to ask to speak with a manager and I was hung up on. very rude. going to use some place else.
