Absolutely terrible service. Communication is chaotic at best. The technician didn't show up the first time. I left 2 messages and they called back 3 days later. The second visit the technician forgot to bring one of the parts with him and had to come out for a third visit. I would avoid this company at all costs. I've used numerous repair companies and I've never seen such poor communication between the staff and the customer.

I have been a customer of Allen's Services for many years - each and every time the reason for the service has been completed quickly - fairly and most important right the first time. I highly recommend Allen Services.

response time is terrible at best. only one phone number for contact and the woman there is rude and does not do what is requested or what she agrees to do. i'll never use or recommend this company. i am sure mr .allen does not know of these problems.
