Ludo Delbecque from LD Plumbing & Heating part-installed a boiler and two bathroom suites for me. He asked for most of his fee, which I paid, he then refused to come back and finish, as he said he had under-priced the job. I have had to get another plumber in to complete the job, which has cost me over £1000 and much stress. I have reported him to Gas Safe and Trading Standards, who are investigating him. Most of the plumbing work he did do has had to be re-done as it was so shoddy and I can only advise potential customers to steer well clear of this cowboy builder.

I have used Ludo before and he was fantastic. Very honest, reasonably priced and tidy.
