We had a local person come in to replace our Boiler but he let us down very badly. I placed details of the job on 'Rated People'. I had a phone call from Keith and he was here in 2 hours to assess the job. He started the next morning and he and his apprentice did a quick and excellent job. We are delighted we found Keith as it restored our trust in trades people. We recommend him to everyone. Alan & Jacki Mills, Bootle.

Boiler fitted fine but keith made a promise to come back and do a free service ignored messages once had money wasnt interested

Took a day off work to get a thermostat installed by JKL. After waiting in all day, I phoned them to be told them it wasn't booked in. An engineer turned up half an hour later and told me the engineer who was booked in was off sick. He apologised but a simple call could have saved my day.

I had high hopes of JKL PLumbing, choosing them because of their Trust a Trader status, to their credit they did fix the leak under my bath, however I was promised they would return to check the repair had worked and to refit the bath panel....they didn't come back despite several promised dates to do so!!
