I chose Neil to replace a boiler and thermostat, and change some pipes & radiators, and I'm very glad that I did. Of the quotes I obtained, Neil's wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was clear that he took pride in his work, cared about his customers, and wanted to do the best he could for them. I cannot fault Neil's work ethic and his standards of workmanship, and I'm very pleased with the installation and the boiler he recommended. I'll be getting him back to service it when it's due. In fact, the only difficulty I had with Neil was getting him to send me the bill so that I could pay him!
