Absolutely amazing service. I had my backup into both my bathrooms. I called on a Sunday, and someone was at my door less than 30 minutes later. He fixed everything, was incredibly nice, and very professional. I hate that I didn't catch his name! He even helped me sanitize the shower and cleaned up the driveway. I highly recommend this place. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Mel Sartain is the man! My house was under construction and I was left without hot water on Fiesta Friday at 5:00pm. I called up Sartain Emergency Plumbing and about 35 minutes later, Mel showed up and went straight to work on the problem. It took him less than 5 minutes to address the issue and get my hot water back for fiesta weekend. Thanks Mel! Honestly couldn't have had a better experience!!

(this is Signe Mitchell writing the review) I needed help quickly when my clean out pipe overflowed and spread raw sewage all over my side yard. I checked online reviews and lucky for me found Mel Sartain. I had already called two other plumbers who never returned my calls. Mel's phone was picked up immediately, they took my number, and Mel called me back shortly. He fixed the problem in less than 1/2 an hour....I will definitely call him again when needed. The best!
