I had a great experience. We bought a house and needed a water heater before we moved in. John got the old unit out and was able to upgrade us to a tankless system quickly, and coordinated with electrical and general contractors to get it done the right way, and fast. Couldn’t be happier, and would recommend them to anyone that wants to get it done the right way the first time with a friendly group of plumbers.

Tim goes above and beyond. We ask a question and he calls all over to get us the right answer. We feel like we can depend on him and will certainly use him whenever we can.

Top notch. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and care as much about your property as you do. Consultative and explain issues, give you options, and make sure the work is done right. They have helped with a bathroom remodel (valve and fixture install), pressure valve replacement, waste line service and snaking. They found a chunk of a brass cap in the middle of our system that had been restricting waste for probably 20 years and got it out! We've had others scope and snake, but never fix this issue before PF. Highly recommend.
