DO NOT CALL, DO NOT TRUST WITH PETS. I just kicked Andres off my property during an emergency call. He came in our front door to assess the problem and both of my cats were in the living room when he entered, in plain sight. He then let himself out the back door to start working. 5 minutes later I went back to inquire where he was and the back door was wide open. BOTH OF MY CATS WERE GONE. They are indoor cats and for 15 years have never been outside. Both cats were found outside and I told Andres he needed to leave. I cannot believe that a service person would walk around leaving doors open when there are animals around.

Thomas came by to replace an old gas valve and line on our water heater. He was in and out in about half an hour, including going by the store to get the necessary parts. Really nice people and very prompt, professional service!

Very expensive and poor service. They charged $240 to attempt to clear a drain. It didn't work and they still charged so much. They also broke the sewer cleanout cap and I had to repair it myself.

Great workmanship, communication and timely

Ryan was right on time for our service appointment for our tankless water heater. Ryan told us that our unit was near end-of-life. And that factory recommends that we let the unit finish its life span. As we had never had it serviced before. Ryan took pictures of the unit for future service call reference. Ryan was highly knowledgeable on tankless water heaters. And did not try to sell us anything we didn't need today. He also told us what signs to look for when the unit begins to die. I will definitely call Anacapa Plumbing in the future when the time comes to replace the tankless water heater. And will definitely request Ryan for the job!
