Recently we had a somewhat eventful emergency at home. In our hour of need we spoke to the team at Hereford Heating and they were very understanding and professional from the offset. Rob came to us with no hesitation out of hours and nothing was too much trouble. Rob had to think outside the box and was very efficient at resolving our issue. We are very grateful to him...he was literally a life saver :-) we would highly recommend Hereford Heating and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks again Rob!

Service from Hereford Heating has been exemplary. Rob arrived promptly after our request for an estimate, this was sent to us in a couple of days and covered everything. Jo was excellent over the telephone, keeping us updated. Date for the work to start was quick. Jason and Scott arrived on time and dust sheets laid. The work was completely within the scheduled two days and Jason and Scott worked so hard to ensure we had water overnight, a huge task considering the size of the new water tank. The work was undertaken in a very considerate manner. I cannot recommend the work of Jason and Scott too highly, they even went to the trouble to source matching bricks to repair the hole needed for the flue. Thank you gentlemen! I cannot recommend Hereford Heating too highly. A big job very well done.

Came home late afternoon from holiday. Heating not working. Left message for Hereford Heating. They phoned back almost immediately , and after trying to fix things remotely unsuccessfully , Rob himself came out at 9pm and fixed then problem. Very impressive and effective service. Thoroughly recommended.
