It’s Thanksgiving... family over... one toilet clogs, then they all clog. After trying google and every “at-home” remedy we could find, we decided to call a plumber. We are SO PLEASED with the service we received! Extra attention spent to be sure we were taken care of promptly, and communication was on point. Dave arrived within an hour of our first call... AMAZING service for a holiday!! 100% recommend!!

It was almost midnight when I had walked into the bathroom and to my dismay, there was massive flooding, dirt, rocks and sediment in both the bathtub and the toilet. Not knowing who to contact in the area (I'm from Canada), I tried to go for someone with massive experience and knowledge on why exactly this was happening. From the moment I contacted Harry, I knew I was in good hands. The job required was massive and David was such a pro! From the customer service until after the job was done, the professionalism on both their parts was impeccable. David arrived on time, explained the process, and kept us updated every step of the way. I honestly could not have asked for a better team. Thank you both so much!!

Just wanted to give Harry props for the outstanding service heprovided in a emergency toilet replacement operation. I destroyed our only toilet on a Saturday evening (don't ask!) and luckily found Surfside via an Internet search. Our job was difficult because the house is very old (1930s) and in a logistically difficult location(Hollywood Hills -- 65 stairs up from driveway to door). As it turned out, our ancient closet ring was too corroded and crumbly to anchor the new toilet, so it had to be replaced as well. Thankfully, Harry drives the Batmobile of plumber trucks (it's a hi-tech wonderment and well-stocked with new parts), so he was able to make the replacement without going back to his shop. Harry provided excellent service at a very fair price and never lost his cool (or his sense of humor) during a nightmare of a job. I will definitely call him again when the need arises, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's the best. Thanks Harry! I have dealt with many vendors and service companies in my life, but i cant remember anyone as great as Harry and David. Harry runs his business with integrity and David's professionalism, knowledge and great work restore my faith in mankind. I live in an apt complex whose main drain needs attention now and then. They came out on a Sunday and fixed our messy problem 1-2-3. Dave and his assistant Trevor couldn't have been more pleasant and thorough with fixing the issue. Harry is a life saver. Absolutely a LIFE. SAVER. I got home the night of Friday, Dec. 29th to find my tankless hot water heater not working. On Saturday the 30th, no one was available to come out and service it so I was looking at being without hot water until Tuesday, Jan. 2nd. I talked to Harry and he tried to get me an appointment that Saturday afternoon, but he was completely booked up. He did, however, talk me through how to reset a tankless hot water heater, saying that the reset would sometimes do the trick. Guess what? It did. Without coming to my place — and without charging me a cent — Harry got my tankless hot water heater back up and running. THANK YOU, HARRY!
